HOW TO ORDER

Before the design process begins, we'll discuss your vision for your stationery. Discussing details that make your design unique to you is important. We will communicate via email.
PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT
Before the design process begins you will be given a detailed project estimate, which will include your projected final balance. This estimate is based on our initial conversations so revisions made during the proofing phase can and will affect your final balance due.
Once we're on the same page about your design needs and you are ready to begin, a 50% will be required along with a Client Contract. You will also be asked to complete a Customization Questionnaire. The questionnaire works to provide important details and information needed to complete your suite. Your final balance is due upon order completion and prior to shipping. Orders are shipped via FedEX.
PROOF YOUR ORDER
To ensure that every design is exactly right, 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are provided with every order. You will receive digital proofs showing all suite items together, as well as individual proofs of each suite piece. You will be asked to review all proofs carefully and completely and submit proof approvals. All files will be printed exactly as shown in your final proofs, so it's important to have several eyes review your order prior to proof approval.
The proofing process will vary by client but on average can take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of revisions requested and the length of time between responses to edits. Custom designs can take 6 or more weeks to complete the proofing process.
PRINTING YOUR ORDER
Once your final proof approval has been submitted, your order will be sent to print. Flat printed items take between 1 to 2 weeks for print, package and delivery. For fine printed pieces - includes letterpress and foil stamping - this takes 2 to 3 weeks for completion and shipping.
